SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to enjoy our products as quickly as possible, therefore we aim to achieve next day delivery on all orders where possible.

Once your goods are dispatched we will email you with any relevant tracking information where available. 

For small packages we ship via Royal Mail and larger parcels are sent via a specialist courier and expect your order to arrive the next day (Mon-Fri) where orders are placed before 1pm Monday-Friday.

Unfortunately, although we try our best to dispatch and deliver your goods within the time frame stated some factors out of our control may affect this process and we can not guarantee that all goods will reach you within this time frame. If you require products before a stated time/ date, please contact us via email or phone to discuss arranging this.
